Sangerfield Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday October 20, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the

Sangerfield Town Hall, 1038 State Route 12, Sangerfield, New York to consider the

following:

An application for a Special Use Permit by Rt. 12 Business Park LLC to operate a

storage facility. Located at 961 State Rt. 12, Waterville, NY.

An Application for an Area Variance by Mr. Rienzo for a 900 Sq. foot addition not

meeting the minimum set back requirements. Located at 149 White St. Rd, Waterville,

NY.

The applications are on file at the Town Clerk’s Office, Route 12, Sangerfield,

New York, they will be available for inspection during the Clerk’s office hours 8:00 a.m.

to 1:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a meeting of the Town of Sangerfield

Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at the Sangerfield

Town Hall, 1038 State Route 12, Sangerfield, New York immediately following the

Public Hearings to discuss the applications and any further matters that may come before

the Board.
